The first natural color satellite image collected by the GeoEye-1 satellite sensor, launched on September 6th, 2008 from Vandenberg Air Force Base in California was collected on October 7th, 2008 over Kutztown University in Pennsylvania. The resolution of the satellite image is 0.50 meter.
