Satellite Imaging Corporation has 40 years of domestic and international survey and mapping experience. Our company has provided geodetic and mapping consultancy, as well as GPS satellite surveying and positioning services, to the oil and gas industry since 1985. We specialize in working with clients in oil and gas exploration.

SIC has been involved in the field of Remote Sensing and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for over a decade. He and his staff have experience in ERMapper, Erdas, PCI Geomatic, ArcMap, ArcGIS, AutoCAD, QT Modeler and Global Mapper. He also has experience of data capture techniques, GPS and conventional surveying and database management for urban, agricultural, environmental and natural resource projects. SIC has completed projects in North and South America, Africa, the Middle East, Russia, Europe and Southeast Asia, we also have performed projects including foreign US Agency for International Development (USAID) cadastre/GIS projects, pipeline corridor surveys, satellite imaging and mapping support for 2D/3D seismic data acquisition, and planning of well locations and access roads in urban, rural and remote areas around the world.

Ongoing geodetic and mapping consultancy services are provided to our clients, including the set-up of reliable source coordinate databases in support of computerized mapping, Exploration and Development of projects around the world and to clients implementing a GIS Project, utilizing a variety of source data, referenced to various survey datums and mapping projections.
